Eligibility for REFUND
You may request a refund for your book purchase under the following circumstances.
- Damaged book or defective items; If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order.
- Misleading description: If the book does not match the description provided on the website, you may request REFUND.
- Missing pages or contents: If your book is incomplete or missing pages, please let us know.
How to request A REFUND
Contact us via email (vddreamsconsulting@gmail.com), with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.
Return the item: If approved we will provide you with instructions on how to return the book. Please package the book securely to prevent damage.
Refund Processing: Once we receive the book, we will process your refund within 5 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment used.
